Revista Brasileira de Produção Científica (RBPC) — eISSN 3086-6944.
RBPC is a multidisciplinary open-access scholarly journal. Full manuscripts may be submitted in Portuguese, English or Spanish. Regardless of the manuscript language, submission metadata must contain title, abstract, keywords and author affiliations in Portuguese and English. Authors’ names must be entered in Roman alphabet.
Manuscripts must present a clear scholarly structure appropriate to the article type, with title, abstract, keywords, main text, references and, when applicable, methods, results, discussion, conclusions, funding, conflicts of interest, ethics approval, consent, data availability and AI-use statements.
Tables and figures must be clear, legible, numbered, cited in the text, provided with titles and sources, and must not be pasted as low-quality screenshots. Authors are responsible for permissions for third-party material.
References must follow the journal’s adopted ABNT standard and should include DOI or stable URL whenever available. Bibliographic data must be complete and consistent. References written in non-Roman scripts should be transliterated when applicable.
Scientific articles undergo double-anonymous peer review by at least two independent reviewers. A third reviewer may be invited in case of substantial disagreement or when additional expertise is required.
Submissions must be original and not simultaneously under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, citation manipulation, duplicate publication and inappropriate authorship are prohibited. Authors must disclose conflicts of interest, funding and any relevant ethical approval.
Generative AI systems cannot be listed as authors. Material use of generative AI must be disclosed, including the tool, purpose and human oversight. Authors remain fully responsible for accuracy, originality, citations, rights and integrity.
Authors must provide a data-availability statement. Public sharing of research data is encouraged whenever ethically, legally and technically possible. When data cannot be shared, authors must explain the restriction. Sufficient methodological detail should be provided to support verification and reproducibility where applicable.
Authors retain copyright and grant RBPC the right of first publication. Published content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Articles are openly accessible without subscription or pay-per-view charges.
The current Article Processing Charge is R$ 270.00 and is charged only after a manuscript is accepted. Payment does not guarantee acceptance and does not influence peer review or editorial decisions.
RBPC may publish corrections, corrigenda or retractions when necessary, preserving the scholarly record and explaining the reason for the editorial action.
