Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to organizational processes, especially in corporate financial management. In this context, intelligent systems and technological tools have contributed to optimizing activities related to financial planning, risk analysis, cash-flow control, fraud prevention, and decision-making support. This study aims to analyze the main applications of artificial intelligence in corporate financial management, highlighting its benefits, challenges, and impacts on organizational efficiency. It is a bibliographic study with a qualitative approach, based on scientific articles, books, and academic publications related to technological innovation and financial management. The results show that adopting these tools can provide greater operational agility, reduce errors, and improve the analysis of financial data, although challenges remain regarding implementation costs, information security, professional qualification, and technological dependence. The study concludes that incorporating technological resources into the financial area is a growing trend in the business environment and requires organizations to pursue strategic adaptation and continuous development.
