RBPC maintains automated operational backups of the OJS database, published PDFs, submission files and application files, with retention of historical versions, an external copy separated from the production server, checksum integrity verification and documented restoration testing.

This operational routine reduces risk but is not presented as membership in an institutional long-term preservation network. RBPC does not currently claim active participation in LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, PKP Preservation Network, Portico or an equivalent service. Future participation will be stated only after activation.
