Peer review policy

RBPC uses double-anonymous peer review for scientific sections. After editorial screening, each scientific manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent external reviewers. A third reviewer may be invited in cases of substantial disagreement or when additional expertise is necessary. Reviewers must preserve confidentiality, disclose conflicts of interest and provide objective, respectful and evidence-based reports. Publication fees do not influence peer review or editorial decisions.
