Federal Technical-Administrative Education Staff and RSC-PCCTAE

This space is dedicated to Brazilian federal Technical-Administrative Education staff (TAEs) who transform professional practice, management, innovation, teaching, research and extension into shareable knowledge.

Brazilian Law 15.367/2026 instituted RSC-PCCTAE from 1 April 2026. Decree 13.048/2026 establishes its criteria. Under Annex VI, authorship or co-authorship of a book chapter or an article published in a specialized journal, scientific newspaper or periodical, when related to institutional interests, is worth 7.5 points per publication.

Publication may therefore contribute to an RSC memorial, but it does not by itself guarantee an RSC level. Higher levels require minimum scores and a minimum number of specific criteria. Granting is decided by the employee's Federal Education Institution.

RBPC welcomes interdisciplinary research and experience reports arising from public administration, technology, teaching support, laboratories, libraries, student assistance, extension, accessibility, health, people management and other institutional activities.
